Body Corporate

Management of a unit titled development on behalf of the Owners
who would generally be the Occupiers but can often include tenants. This work will include management the following duties on behalf of the Body Corporate.

  • Establishment of the outgoings & general external maintenance of the property
  • Levying the unit owners on a percentage of tenancy basis their proportion of outgoings
  • Chairing AGM meetings & reporting budget to actual expenditure, sinking funds, levys
  • Compliance with the Act & regulations overweening the stewardship of such entities
